Not Hot Dogs But Cold Crab

Ni hao, greetings from Hong Kong!

Street food is quite the god send when walking massive city blocks.

Hot dogs are the fuel of choice for New Yorkers on the go. But what should feed the weary Hong Kong walker?

Toasty buns and red ketchup bottles are nowhere to be found. In their place we find racks stacked upon racks of greenish gray bales wrapped with some sort of yellowish twine.

My curiosity gets the best of me and I walk closer to the greenish wall of stuff. Upon closer examination, they turn out to be crab! The poor little fellas were tied up in little self contained straight jackets made of twine.

I should have tried one.

Hong Kong is a different world. It doesn't compare to NY. New York is so much calmer that I'd liken it to the boondocks.
